At KIDDO’s Art Book, we want your experience to be as smooth and joyful as possible — that’s why we have options and you can choose the most comfortable!

 

🚚 Delivery Options

 

We’ve simplified our delivery process to give you more flexibility — now you can choose how to send us the drawings and how to receive your finished album.

 

1. Sending your drawings to us:

 • 🛵 Courier within Central Israel (Gush Dan) — 30₪

 • 🚛 Courier from other regions in Israel (excluding Eilat) — 60₪

 • 📦 Self-dropoff at our home office in Tel Aviv — Free

 

2. Receiving your finished album:

 • 🏠 Courier delivery across Israel (excluding Eilat) — 30₪

 • 🎁 Pickup from the print shop (Tel Aviv) — Free

 

Delivery costs are no longer included in the album price — you only pay for the options that suit you.

 

3. Express Option Available

Need it faster?
Choose our Express Processing service to get your album within 5–6 business days.
This option includes prioritized digitization, printing, and express delivery — available for an extra fee.

 

4. Areas We Deliver To

Currently, we offer courier services within Central Israel. If you live outside this area, please contact us in advance to check delivery options — we’ll do our best to make it work.

5. Product Warranty:
We take great care in creating your child’s art album to ensure the highest quality.
Each album is crafted using premium materials designed for long-term preservation.

If you receive a product with any manufacturing defects (such as printing errors or physical damage), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kiddos-art.com.
We will review the issue and, if confirmed, will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note that:

• Natural wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, storage conditions, or external factors are not covered by this warranty.

• The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the purchaser or to any third party as a result of the use of the product or service.

6. Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, provided that the pickup or delivery has not yet been scheduled for the next 24 hours. Once the cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be processed within 24 hours. Please note that the actual crediting of the funds to your account may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank’s processing times. To cancel your order, please contact us at hello@kiddos-art.com
